1. Service Description

StoriKidz creates premium personalized animated short films featuring your child as the main character. By placing an order, you commission us to produce a custom animated video based on the information and photo you provide. Each film is uniquely crafted and delivered digitally to the email address associated with your order.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement
  • We accept payments through PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your package and the option selected at checkout:

  • Standard delivery: within 3 days for My Story, and within 2 days for Hero Edition and Family Adventure
  • Express delivery (optional add-on): your film will be delivered within 24 hours

Films are delivered digitally via email as a downloadable video file. Delivery times begin once your order and payment are confirmed. In rare cases, production may take slightly longer; we will notify you if any delays occur.

4. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with your personalized film, contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • We will first offer to revise the film to better meet your expectations at no extra charge
  • If you are still not satisfied after revision, we will issue a full refund
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear

5. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your personalized video for private, non-commercial purposes (e.g., sharing with family, personal social media). StoriKidz retains all intellectual property rights to the animation style, techniques, templates, and underlying creative assets used in production. You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or claim authorship of the animation.

6. Photo Usage & Deletion

Photos you upload are handled with the utmost care:

  • Photos are used exclusively to produce your ordered personalized video
  • Photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery
  • We never use customer photos for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose
  • You may request immediate deletion of your photo at any time by emailing us

7. Your Responsibilities

By using StoriKidz, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the order, or have obtained consent from their parent/guardian
  • The photo you upload is of your own child (or a child for whom you have legal authority)
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You are at least 18 years of age

8. Limitation of Liability

StoriKidz provides personalized animated videos on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoriKidz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of StoriKidz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
